At Hotel Frangart, you have two options: either book a room with breakfast included or opt for half-board with dinner served six evenings a week. The good news is that you'll always enjoy breakfast made from fresh, seasonal, homemade ingredients paired with herbs and vegetables from our garden. The even better news is that dinner is prepared using the same fresh, seasonal, homemade ingredients, complemented by herbs and vegetables from our garden.

The Hotel Frangart has always been deeply rooted in nature and the local community. We're firmly anchored in Oltradige and strive to run our guest operation with a familial touch, incorporating products we produce ourselves or source from trusted local suppliers. This ethos culminates in a delightful breakfast featuring fresh bread, delectable charcuterie and cheese platters, ripe fruit, homemade jams, and spreads, along with a selection of teas and freshly brewed coffee.

When it comes to dinner, we uphold our commitment to using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. After all, our South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine should reflect the essence of South Tyrol and Italy. Our dinner offerings vary from day to day: one evening may feature Italian starters, while another may showcase a cold buffet or BBQ nights at our "Grillhittl" and “apertivi lunghi”.
