Cancellation policy without deposit
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
- Cancellation until 31 days prior to the day of arrival: free of charge
- Cancellation from 30 until 21 days before the day of arrival: 30% of the agreed total price
- Cancellation from 20 until 11 days before the day of arrival: 60% of the agreed total price
- Cancellation from 10 days before the day of arrival: 80% of the agreed total price
- In case of early departure, late arrival, or in case of no-show, 100% of the agreed current price for each day missed is charged.

- Cancellation from 30 until 21 days before the day of arrival: 30% of the agreed total price less the paid deposit
- Cancellation from 20 until 11 days before the day of arrival: 60% of the agreed total price less the paid deposit
- Cancellation from 10 days before the day of arrival: 80% of the agreed total price less the paid deposit
- In case of early departure, late arrival, or in case of no-show, 100% of the agreed current price for each day missed is charged.
