Here's everything you need to know about your stay at Hotel Frangart
Arrival & departure
Rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 p.m., please inform us by phone. Please check out your room by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure.
Deposit
The booking is only considered confirmed once a deposit of 30% of the total price has been paid and you have received a booking confirmation from us.
By providing the credit card number and expiration date, you irrevocably confirm that the final bill or any cancellation fees may be charged to the credit card unless another payment method is agreed to or no other payment has occurred.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome at Hotel Frangart upon request. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring your furry friend. Please understand that pets are prohibited in the terrace area or dining room. A charge of €10.00 per dog per night applies. We reserve the right to charge for any damages to doors, furniture, or other items and any necessary final cleaning upon departure.
Forgotten items
We are not liable for forgotten items. If we find any, we will return them to you at cost.
Invite friends
Feel free to invite friends to join you. We charge €25.00 for breakfast (7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.), €50.00 for dinner (7:00 p.m.), and access to the garden and swimming pool is complimentary.
Payment methods
We accept cash, EC, and credit cards (except American Express and Diners Club). We do not accept cheques. The hotel bill must be settled no later than upon departure.
Prices

The prices listed here are per person/night and are subject to a local tax of €2.50 per person/night for guests aged 14 and above.
We charge a supplement of €25.00 per night to use a double room as a single room.
On Sundays, €15.00 per adult guest will be deducted as our kitchen remains closed.
Children's Rates
Children's rates apply when children stay in the room with two full-paying adults.
- Children aged 0 to 3 years: €25.00 per night, including cot, high chair, children's cutlery, etc.
- Children aged 4 to 6 years: 40% discount
- Children aged 7 to 11 years: 30% discount
- Children aged 12 to 17 years: 20% discount
- 18 years and older: 20% discount for third occupancy
- On Sundays (kitchen closed), €10.00 per child will be deducted.
Travel cancellation insurance
The conclusion of travel cancellation insurance means that you are insured in the event of late arrival, early departure, or non-show due to unforeseen circumstances, and the cancellation fees incurred can be passed on. Therefore, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with our partner Hogast.
