Here's everything you need to know about your stay at Hotel Frangart
Arrival & departure
Rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 p.m., please inform us by phone. Please check out your room by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure.
Deposit
The booking is only considered confirmed once a deposit of 30% of the total price has been paid and you have received a booking confirmation from us.
By providing the credit card number and expiration date, you irrevocably confirm that the final bill or any cancellation fees may be charged to the credit card unless another payment method is agreed to or no other payment has occurred.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome at Hotel Frangart only upon prior request and with our explicit confirmation. Please let us know if you are planning to bring your four-legged friend when making your booking enquiry, as not all of our rooms are suitable or designated for guests with dogs.
We kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed on the terrace or in the dining room.
Important: If a dog is brought to the hotel without prior notice and our approval, we cannot guarantee accommodation. If no suitable room is available, staying with your dog will not be possible. The booked accommodation will still be charged according to our cancellation policy.
We charge €15.00 per dog per night. Standard final cleaning is already included in this price. In case of excessive soiling or additional cleaning requirements, an extra cleaning fee of €50.00 will apply.
We also reserve the right to charge separately for any damage to doors, furniture or other hotel property.
Forgotten items
We are not liable for forgotten items. If we find any, we will return them to you at cost.
Invite friends
Feel free to invite friends to join you. We charge €25.00 for breakfast (7:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.), €42.00 for dinner (7:00 p.m.), and access to the garden and swimming pool is complimentary.
Payment methods
We accept cash, EC, and credit cards (except American Express and Diners Club). We do not accept cheques. The hotel bill must be settled no later than upon departure.
Prices

The prices listed here are per person/night and are subject to a local tax of €3.00 per person/night for guests aged 14 and above.
We charge a supplement of €25.00 per night to use a double room as a single room.
On Sundays, €15.00 per adult guest will be deducted as our kitchen remains closed.
Children's Rates
Children's rates apply when children stay in the room with two full-paying adults.
- Children aged 0 to 1 year: €25.00 per night, including cot, high chair, children's cutlery, etc.
- Children aged 1 to 3 years: €30.00 per night, including cot, high chair, children's cutlery, etc.
- Children aged 4 to 6 years: 40% discount
- Children aged 7 to 11 years: 30% discount
- Children aged 12 to 17 years: 20% discount
- 18 years and older: 20% discount for third occupancy
- On Sundays (kitchen closed), €10.00 per child will be deducted.
Travel cancellation insurance
The conclusion of travel cancellation insurance means that you are insured in the event of late arrival, early departure, or non-show due to unforeseen circumstances, and the cancellation fees incurred can be passed on. Therefore, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with our partner Hogast.
